“We purchased the double pram for our 10 year old daughter and she loves it! Also the added double pram set to go with it which I would recommend as it finishes off the overall look and use of the pram. Service was brilliant! I emailed to check stock times as the item was out of stock and I wanted it for Xmas. Very quick response explaining exactly when it would be available and the best time to order. Also, received an email near to delivery to explain the item came in a branded box, therefore to avoid the child seeing their gift in advance, ensure they didn’t go to the door! Which I thought was amazingly thoughtful! Would definitely purchase from Play Like Mum again and recommend to others too! Thank you for making my little girls year!”

“This is my daughters second system from Play Like Mum and their service is second to known. The pinnacle has been out of stock for a while and I literally stalked them and every message I sent they replied to pretty much immediately and I managed to get Santa’s request ordered and delivered all before Xmas. The quality is literally like a proper pushchair they are hands down the best ones and my daughter loves the 2 seats x”

“I was disappointed to find the 2 black caps off the front wheels missing from the box. As this was a present for my 6yr old daughter we didn’t build the pram until Xmas Eve so unfortunately too late to get replacements. My partner emailed yourselves on Xmas Eve and we received an apology straight away. This was nice to receive but I am still dissatisfied as my daughter is unable to take her baby for a walk round the park or even push the pram in the house. I’m sure this was just a human error and sometimes they happen.”

“So disappointed. My order was shipped in a box with a giant picture of the item on each side. When we opened the door my daughter was stood next to me and clocked it immediately- She couldn’t understand why Father Christmas had sent present her present by courier! What is this company thinking sending products out like this at Christmas? We saved hard to give our kids a bit of joy after a hard year. Thanks to this blunder the magic was ruined. Not happy.”
