“I purchased some chamfered upvc skirting and was under the impression it would be anything between 5/7 days for delivery but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrive about 3 days later. I was also gobsmacked when I saw the quality of it, way beyond what I expected it is beautiful have had several people in my home and they also have commented to it so much my granddaughter and my son are hoping to purchase some for their homes. I also emailed with a query I had and got prompt reply with information I needed. I then needed to call them to confirm that I understood correctly and they were so helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company and will not hesitate using them again. Great service and quality”

“Very poor service and a purchasing process that is somewhat restrictive, time consuming and customer unfriendly. I had waited weeks for a confirmed delivery date and ultimately had to cancel part of the order because they would not commit to providing availability of materials ordered - the credit card bill arrived well in advance of the delivery of materials. To top it all....packaging and some materials were damaged and require replacing. This process is also very very poor from a customer's perspective and I have a project that has sat stagnant for weeks as a result of dealing with this company. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.”

“Hi there I’m so disappointed with this company,as I made an order 3 weeks ago and they keep telling me when it’s comeing and I don’t receive it,I have been on live chat with them and they say they will get back to me and I hear nothing,now I can’t even do a live chat with them as if they have wiped me of there system,my order number is 76905 if they look at this,I’m a normal working person,and can’t afford to loose this much money thanks andrew”

Please understand that the products you ordered are on a 2-4 week lead time at present and this is clearly shown on the website. However, we will do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible.

“Placed a order with you on the 25 August , order number 130490 informed you that I was going to return a 5 meter length x 300mm length of soffit plus 2 facia brackets to Eurocell Abingdon they have informed me they have refunded you the money, trying to get in touch with you is like trying to get I touch with someone on the moon, could I please have my refund, terrible communications.”

Hi John, I am sorry for the delay in your refund but this has now been done, you were served twice on the online chat facility which we responded accordingly. Refunds do take a while and we do have up to 14 days to approve a refund to you as per our T&Cs and the distance selling act. “I placed an order almost two months ago and the item has still not arrived. In the current climate, I can appreciate this is a problem for many companies. However, the customer service and unfulfilled promises have left me really frustrated. Contacting the company had to be done via Live Chat, but responses were significantly delayed (it has taken over an hour to respond to my three questions!) - promises of call backs/updates did not happen and no apologies or understanding from the company. I have wasted a significant amount of time trying to work out where my order is and I have now been forced to cancel my order as I can't wait any longer - I just hope the refund is processed as promised without any need for me to force a refund via PayPal. UPDATE: As seen in the reply by the company, there is still no apology forthcoming and, as I have come to expect, no call was made to update me regarding a refund. I've had to escalate this though PayPal to try and recover my money.”

They are very competitive with the price substantially cheaper than Eurocell but it was Eurocell who delivered my order ??
