“Ordered some fascia boards only to be told on the day of due delivery it was out of stock & that’s only because I phoned them to make sure it was being delivered that day. That was just over a week after I placed the order. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund.”

“I have used this company twice now. The prices are very competitive and arrive undamaged but both times it's been difficult to find out when the goods will actually arrive. The first time i was given an estimated day of Friday and then it turned up without warning on Wednesday ! it was only by chance that we were at home. the second time I chose the non delivery collect at store option at put the detail of the store in the text box as requested. had an email saying I'll get an estimated delivery date in the next couple of days and then one morning as we left home the van from eurocell was coming down the road to deliver! the order value was less than £10 so I was prepared to collect and don't understand how an online company's software cannot cope with click and collect and lacks the the communication updates that would make the experience much better.”
