The rumours are true about BPO. They lie to customers and it's clear they do so on these reviews too. They don't are either weeks late or don't deliver, taking people's money. Look at the long post they made recently to one person, angry and accusatory, they take time to write this but not support customers. It's not how to treat people. Still no delivery after weeks, no response on customer service and tickets closed without resolution. Go direct, don't use these people, trust me.

I would not recommend this company on my experience i made a large order for fascia board and soffit board one item did not arrive i contacted customer service asking for the item to be delivered or i would accept a refund as i needed this item to finish my job , no refund was offered as they said item had been delivered but it hadn't, ten emails later no refund and no item just me £46 out of pocket not a great company to deal with customer service complete waste of time, not a happy customer .

Phone is constantly engaged I've been waiting three times longer than estimated for most basic of products. when this order is eventually delivered I will not use again!

I missed a small item (costing a couple of pounds) off my order, but then sent an email within hours asking for it to be added. I got no reply and order arrived without. I tried several times to get it from my local Eurocell depot, but they were out of stock and ultimately had to pay Eurocell £10 to deliver a £2 part. Finally after weeks delay I can do the job.

item once delivered was fine, but if you are in a rush for an item go somewhere else. Took over 2 weeks to get my item worse thing is i found out the depot they use is 10 minutes from my home. They did tell me they had tried to deliver which was untrue. I had to do all the chasing phone calls etc even though they said they would ring me. Price wise very pleased just getting the item. was my issue. I would have collected but was a 5 metre cill board.

Delivery well outside of guaranteed timeframe. Called 7 times to chase up and told, today, later today, first thing tomorrow, sometime today, not sure. Still not arrived. This is in spite of their recorded message touting how they are well connected and the UK's leading supplier. Will definitely be going elsewhere for future order and would recommend you stay clear.

Avoid this company at all costs !!! I placed 2 orders to the value of over £500. The first order did not arrive the day it was supposed to and when it final did arrive it was short. The second order I was promised today and when I called I was informed a member of staff had forgot to press a button so my order which had been paid fir was not even on the system... They value there customer service ....What a joke ...Dont even bother to call you back when they promise they will ...So after wasted days , broken promises I now have to drive 20 miles to fetch my order as they can't deliver for another week. Absolutely incompetent and will never deal with them again. if you want a hassle free delivery do not order from this company. ...

DO NOT USE They take your money then simply dont care, Never answer phone or reply to emails, Was over 3 weeks waiting for my order , Was asked to drive over 80 miles to collect it from a different depot, Then when told it was ready to collect at my local depot IT wasnt there LIES, LIES,LIES. Now having to wait a week for a refund. Joke of a company

Terrible!!! Took far too long to arrive even after several phone calls and two delivery dates finally arrived on the third delivery date. Delivered by a completely different company. Next time I’ll go straight to the company that delivered the order.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!! Ordered 24/03/2023 and paid in full, order received 17/04/2023 on a delivery basis of 1-10 working days you do the math. I contacted the company on a few occasions and actually had two delivery dates which both failed. This company seems not to stock the products but uses independent suppliers around the country. My order was supplied and delivered by a company called “eurocell”so I’m going to cut out the middle man and go direct to eurocell for my next project which is a 6m by 5m garden building fully clad. As the delivery guy said you wouldn’t be waiting that long if I’d ordered direct from them. Lesson learned I suppose.

Never received my order, didn't answer the phone lines, I have had to escalate to PayPal for a refund and wait until the 18th April for them to investigate even though I have received a telephone call from building plastics after reporting to paypal on the 15th march saying they will cancel the order, this still hasn't beens done from the 4th of March when I ordered it and from the 15th March I reported it to paypal, £300 down and baby due any day and I needed the items so have had to go direct to eurocell who are the same price, same product and actually do the delivery for this firm so I wouldn't bother using these again.

i wish i had read reviews for this company before placing order. placed order and courier phoned me to say he did not have full order, it was over £120 and he delivered one item at £4, but on the company website it says the courier has delivered the full order, the company are not answering emails or phone or have anyone on live chat. only good thing i can go to the bank and ask them to help me get my money back. why do they have a customer rep photo with "need some help" call our friendly team!!! sorry phoned at 9 a.m. yesterday and gave up listening to the same message 4 hours later ( only stayed on hold as I was concerned about them saying they had delivered order in full), courier guy not happy as I had to tell him they said he has delivered. its such a poor standard of service this company offered and to mark an order paid in full is even worse as they seem to be suggesting the courier is not trust worthy!

Paid for £635 of soffit boards and accessories and arranged for delivery on the 6th Feb as I had to travel for my mum's funeral. Got home on the 28th Jan to see that the idoits had delivered while I was away. Emailed the supposed MD Anthony who had confirmed the delivery date with me on why it had been delivered early but no response. Avoid. It looks like they had a profile on Trustpilot which showed lots of negative reviews.

Hi David, Firstly we apologise that your order was delivered early, I can assure you everything at our end was done to ensure delivery was made to you on the 6th February. Having looked into this further I can tell you that the depot delivering to you, missed the email and notes on the order system stating when delivery would liked to be received by your request. I ordered some roofing sheets . Paid for them . Waited 10 days for delivery date . They never turned up. No phone call . Waited 1 hour on phone to see what had happened . They couldn’t deliver for another week . So I asked for money back . Phoned week later , no money . Another week later no money . Phoned again and that took another week to get money back (3 weeks and 4 phone calls ) Disgusting .

Hi David, I can see this was logged as a complaint by yourself with our customer service team. You placed the order on 16/11/22, the goods were due to be delivered to you on 22/11/2022 as discussed. You called 23/11/2022 to say the delivery did no arrive. When we looked into this we was made aware by transport there was an issue with the delivery which was out of our control. We then informed you the order could be delivered 24/12/2022 however you opted for a refund in full as you wanted delivery on Friday as you were not available on the Thursday. It was explained to you that we only go to York every Tuesday and Thursday. You then requested the refund which was processed. We do make you aware even though refunds are done immediately on most occasions it could take a while to show on your side (7-10 working days). You persisted to call chasing this regardless of being previously informed and sent an email confirmation. I apologise you're not happy with our service, but I don't believe we could've acted any quicker in terms of refunding your money.
