“So far I've placed two orders both for Shiplap Cladding and associated items. They have been delivered over three separate deliveries (as agreed), each delivery was on the day they said and within the time window they advised. The delivery driver was the same person each time, very friendly and very helpful. The actual cladding is perfect for the application I needed it for and at a good price. I can't fault this company (Building Plastics Online Ltd) and is probably the best building material company I have ever dealt with. I have a similar project coming up and I will not hesitate to place more orders with them.”

“DO NOT USE They take your money then simply dont care, Never answer phone or reply to emails, Was over 3 weeks waiting for my order , Was asked to drive over 80 miles to collect it from a different depot, Then when told it was ready to collect at my local depot IT wasnt there LIES, LIES,LIES. Now having to wait a week for a refund. Joke of a company”

“Face boards, pins a joint strips are just what I required, very good quality and delivery excellent. Great firm to order from. Will be back for more when I get round to the other buildings. We had gone out with our dogs at delivery time so do not know who delivered, The driver was great, he pushed the boards through the locked metal gates. Pleae thank him and give him our regards.”
