“Buyer Beware.... Goods failed to arrive on BPO's own emailed due date. After sending an email (which was not responded to) I telephoned Customer Services and was informed that the local depot was presently, not responding to their call and they would call me back later....I'm still waiting! No delivery and no replies to my enquiries. Delivery is over a week overdue by BPO's own due date. It seems to me that the products themselves and 'value for money' are good. However, the logistics of actually getting them is not and the communication of BPO is poor. Very disappointed”
