“I didn't have a great experience as I purchased some guttering and fittings but one item was wrong so I contacted the company and was meant to send out the right one but nothing arrived so I messaged again and they said it would be delivered but it wasn't and this was over a couple of months. So I gave up and paid for it again and finally got the part but obviously paid again.. so it held up my house getting completed so unfortunately I had a bad experience and lost money and time.”

“The window sill arrived damaged under the wrapping but, because I had cut some of the windowsill to a length I needed before noticing the damage, building plastic will not replace or refund. Even though the damage is clearly done by the plastic sleeving which is meant to provide some protection. I emailed firstly with photographs of the damage with no reply, so I then phoned the company and was asked to resend the Email. I was then told I would not get a refund or replacement. Poor customer care and dreadful company policy.”

“The external composite cladding I bought and installed looks great and the sale team were very helpful, the only issue was the courier company’s delivery instruction from me was taken literally. I instructed them to drop it on the drive if not at home. They did just that and the bottom two of the five packs of cladding were damaged, with six of the ten lengths broken from the impact with the concrete when the courier let go of the end of the package letting it drop the the floor. The four star review is for the product not the courier company.”
