“ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. I ordered and paid for my materials. After about 4 days I called to ask where they were. Was told that they were st the Swansea depot and shouldn't be long. Waited another week and called again. Was again told that they were at Swansea depot. Apparently Swansea were having problems with delivery, but was giving a definite delivery date. Waited till the day after the delivery date and was told Swansea were 3 weeks behind with the orders and my stuff could not be delivered.....ever. The ONLY plus point was the staff were polite. They tell you rubbish to fob you off. DO NOT USE.”

“Very poor communications, difficult to get through on phone and customer service email again just shut down and close your query repeatedly. Pity as the product and price very good but let down by order shortage which apart from paying for goods not received its been a lot of unfortunate delay and hassle. Unlikely to use in the future and would advise to avoid.”
