Very poor still waiting for parts. Very poor communication. Waste of time and money

I didn't have a great experience as I purchased some guttering and fittings but one item was wrong so I contacted the company and was meant to send out the right one but nothing arrived so I messaged again and they said it would be delivered but it wasn't and this was over a couple of months. So I gave up and paid for it again and finally got the part but obviously paid again.. so it held up my house getting completed so unfortunately I had a bad experience and lost money and time.

The window sill arrived damaged under the wrapping but, because I had cut some of the windowsill to a length I needed before noticing the damage, building plastic will not replace or refund. Even though the damage is clearly done by the plastic sleeving which is meant to provide some protection. I emailed firstly with photographs of the damage with no reply, so I then phoned the company and was asked to resend the Email. I was then told I would not get a refund or replacement. Poor customer care and dreadful company policy.

Delivery took 5 weeks as it had been forgotten. When I cancelled the package miraculously arrived the next day. It took over a week before it was picked up for return and I am still awaiting my refund

Before I ordered my items I called to ask how long it would take to receive them this was on a Friday the lady checked and said either Monday or Tuesday so I went ahead with the order I received an email on Tuesday then never heard back so I called the office on the Friday to be told that the person could see my order but nothing was processed I then sent in an email to complain and received information that someone would contact me (usually within 24hours) but to this date still never heard back I then had to phone again to chase up my order,I have now received my items but will never use or recommend this company as the service leaves a lot to be desired with

Don’t believe their lead times On their website! It took three weeks for me to get my order, It would have taken much longer if I hadn’t persistently called their customer services, Which Take about half an hour to get through to each time.

After still not receiving any feedback, updates from anyone in customer services after contacting them on 4 separate occasions (about a failed delivery), I have now cancelled my order completely. Let's see how long it takes to get my money refunded.

I think this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in regard to customer service & resolving queries! They never do what they say they will do (call you back / email you back). Really really poor communication wise - come to think of it absolutely useless.

Do not buy from this company if you actually want your order delivered! After waiting over 2 weeks for my delivery, promises every time I called in to chase it that it'd be with me 'tomorrow' I ended up having to go and collect it. 2 5m lengths of plastic in a hatchback! One item got ruined in the process! Definitely do not use this company!

I apologize for the damage you have on the products but we are unable to replace them free of charge due to this. Kind Regards, Matthew Bagley Perkins Is the response I got to my problem Dear Sir Please find attached my invoice 125806 and 3 photos off my problem On just one of the CB30064 boards is a problem, unfortunately I did not find this fault until I had cut glued and nailed the board in place. When I peeled off the protective plastic I saw that a few large areas of the board had patches of the finish missing, and to add to the problem the top glossy finish came away with the plastic, you can see this in one of the photos. What makes this fault more noticeable is I live in a bungalow so I only have to look up about two foot to see it :( kind regards Stephen Smith

Hi Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Having looked into this further, we must consider a few considerations. 1. You have installed the items you ordered. 2. The items have been in your possession for two months before reporting any faults. 3. The items have been left outside, open to the elements, with the film on in the sun. This is what happens when this is done. According to our T & Cs, we are not able to exchange the used items. Hope this helps clear any confusion. Regards, BPO LTD
Building Plastics Online delivered my order from their local supplier in Birkenhead, with whom I have had issues in the past. I had to ring their head office to follow up on the delivery as I hadn't got a delivery schedule from the local supplier. All my order items were in anthracite but the poly top pins sent were white! I again contacted the head office to complain and the lad I spoke to said he would send an email to my local store to get them to change them immediately, I am still waiting, and I have had to purchase the correct colour poly top pins elsewhere. Very poor service.

Product was fine but I should just have gone to the local Eurocell and paid a few pounds more as they are the ones who actually delivered it 4 days after I was told it was on the van on it's way to me and I had arranged fitting! Customer Service was always a queue and even when assured the driver was on the way and would call when he was an hour away nothing was actually delivered!

Really a very very bad experience in my whole experience. Giving fake delivery dates and delivering after long weeks. No proper customer service. No proper customer online calls. Really a very frustrating experience. Please don't try this website for any rainwater goods order.

I ordered some fascia boards and was quoted delivery within 1 - 3 days. After 4 days I phoned and was told the delivery will take place the following Monday and that due to the Bank Holiday they had a backlog so I had to collect the facia boards myself which was very difficult in a car because they were 5 metres long. Never going to shop here again.

Longer than expected wait for delivery and when it arrived items were missing. Reported straightaway, acknowledged but then nothing further. Link to check progress didn’t work and no reply to follow up email. One length of downspout all scratched when unpacked but seemed little point in reporting that when no interest in supplying missing items.

I have sent 6 requests via the chat line and 3 via the home page and not one reply, Fascia capping was delivered wrong size , not been used still in packaging, cannot get hold of anyone, Thank you ?

My order did not turn up for over a month, despite making several calls to chase up and being assured I would receive a delivery date. After several more weeks I gave up and requested to cancel my order and get a refund. the company has now IGNORED multiple requests to give me my money back. DO NOT trust this company with your money. They may just be incompentant rather than actually criminal but the end result is the same - they have stolen my money.

No answer to emails, phone calls or their so called chat service. Nearly £700 worth of products undelivered. Now having to rebuy from a different company and pray that we get our money back as we cannot afford to loose that. Please do not use this company, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
