“Awful experience! The fact that they didn’t deliver the correct amount of items on the order wasn’t the problem, these things happen. It was the absolute lack of communication, I have literally just been ignored and left in the dark as to where my length of fascias is. Even now a week after delivery I still have had no acknowledgment what so ever, Completely lacking in customer service 👍🏻”

“Excellent product. Very pleased when it eventually arrived. I understand the problems with covid but it took 6 weeks to get delivered. First e mail after ordering on the 31st august told me the eta was 15th September. That came and went. Numerous phone messages left and e mails sent with no response. I eventually asked pay pal for a refund and I received my order within a week! Caused me lots of problems with workmen and decorators.”

“The products are excellent but there seems to be issues on sending out the correct items and quantities. My first order was 100mm skirting but was sent 150mm internal corners, which I was able to cut to size. My second order was for a pack of 10 jointing blocks and I received 1 block? So there is an issue on picking the correct item and quantity.”

“Had to order extra to my original order, 1 piece arrived but i had to chase up the other item. The person i delt with on the phone was very helpful but i had to cancel my fitter and arrange a later date. Notbimpressed as i had to pay £24 delivery charge !!!”

“Strange company - sells Eurocell products cheaper than Eurocell but then a Eurocell van delivered the goods. There were some bits missing (out of stock). They are a nightmare to get hold of so in the end I rang the Eurocell branch that made the delivery and they told me the missing bits had arrived, so I popped down and collected them... No complaints here - the price was very good and I got all the bits very quickly so all was good in the end...”
