“I placed an order with this company and, unlike some previous reviews I’ve seen, I did receive my items. However, the delivery process was far from smooth. There was no advance notice, no delivery slot, and no estimated date provided—my order just showed up unexpectedly one morning. I asked few times trough the chat for delivery slot or any date and hour. The items were extremely heavy, and since I wasn’t prepared for the delivery, I had to struggle to move them inside on my own. I reached out to the company for assistance or at least an explanation, but I never received any response. The lack of communication and customer support is incredibly unprofessional. While I did receive everything I ordered, the overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. A simple notification or tracking update would have made a huge difference. Given the poor service and lack of customer care, I won’t be ordering from them again, regardless of the price.”

“Ordered all ok, requested a delivery date and or contact, but delivery just turs up 3 days early with no warning or contact, not great service.”

“Bought two shower wall panels initially and all was good with the delivery and quality. Tradesman said I need a third so ordered a third. The delivery driver arrived asked my mother in law to sign for it before offloading. Was asked to put it where the other panels were stored in workshop but he ignored and placed it meant against a gate in rain and strong winds. When the tradesman was leaving he found the panel had been blown down on to gravel. Trades man came to use it and noticed damage to the panel which meant it was not water tight. I contacted customer services. Told a pod was signed as proof of no damage and also photo taken by delivery driver showed no damaged. Firstly was not signed for before seeing plus damaged was caused by driver not putting it where he was asked and left it unsafe in high winds. No refund or replacement. Awful customer service.”

“I ordered a small amount of rainwater goods to the value of about £35 and was charged £18 delivery in a weeks time. Nothing arrived. After two weeks I contacted the company and was told that the goods were coming from a depot about 12 miles away but they were unable to contact anyone at that time,. I asked to be informed as to what was happening. I heard nothing. A few days later I contacted them again and was told virtually the same thing but that head office would sort this out by the end of the day. I heard nothing but the goods did arrive a few days later. It took 3 weeks to do 12 miles at £.1.50 a mile and no explanation why the delay.”
