“Delivery took 5 weeks as it had been forgotten. When I cancelled the package miraculously arrived the next day. It took over a week before it was picked up for return and I am still awaiting my refund”

“Skirting boards i ordered were perfect, delivery driver was very helpful. But office staff and delivery system is rubbish. Couldn't give me any info on the delivery time. Emailed a couple of times bit no reply, and a nightmare to contact over the phone.”
