Don’t bother using this company they sent out the wrong materials then charged delivery costs & restocking charges! I definitely would not recommend!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. I ordered and paid for my materials. After about 4 days I called to ask where they were. Was told that they were st the Swansea depot and shouldn't be long. Waited another week and called again. Was again told that they were at Swansea depot. Apparently Swansea were having problems with delivery, but was giving a definite delivery date. Waited till the day after the delivery date and was told Swansea were 3 weeks behind with the orders and my stuff could not be delivered.....ever. The ONLY plus point was the staff were polite. They tell you rubbish to fob you off. DO NOT USE.

Very poor communications, difficult to get through on phone and customer service email again just shut down and close your query repeatedly. Pity as the product and price very good but let down by order shortage which apart from paying for goods not received its been a lot of unfortunate delay and hassle. Unlikely to use in the future and would advise to avoid.

Absolutely disgusting. Place an order received email next day to say it's ready for dispatch. 4 weeks later after countless emails and promises received an email today order is cancelled we don't stock it anymore.

Horrendous customer service, ordered 2 weeks ago and not received anything. Chased up numerous times just to be fobbed off. Been given 3 delivery date to which nothing has arrived. AVOID AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

Been left waiting 4 weeks for a delivery that was stated to take 3-5 days. I've had no follow up phone calls or emails to say where my products are. I've rang numerous times to which someone tells me that the delivery will be next week with no apologies and no real care. I've since asked for a full refund as they clearly can't meet their contractual requirements, and asked for email confirmation of my cancellation to which they agreed again with no apologies or real care. After another week, I'm still left waiting for my products or my refund. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying here. Will not be using these again!

Still waiting for delivery ! Ordered 2 weeks ago - chased last week - told that there was no down pipe in stock - chased today - told that the order had been sent to a different depot - received an email today stating that it would be Monday or Tuesday next week at the earliest. That would be 3 weeks . I appreciate it is not a big order , but why would I be encouraged to do a bigger order ? No communication from you - all the chasing by me .

Slow delivery, items are sourced externally so the company have no control over delivery times and when I questioned this as I hadn’t been updated they blamed their supplier. Building plastics online was who took my money and so as the customer I expect them to accept liability when things go wrong and not blame their suppliers when items go out of stock, especially when they are showing them as in stock on their website. Wouldn’t use again

Didn't update the order - I was never informed it was awaiting collection. Enquired many times over a month period, was completely ignored. Order status on website was something like 'pending'. Eventually the place I picked it up from (eurocell) called me to say it had been there for ages. Won't use building plastics online again.

Pathetic service and poor communication, if a product isn’t in stock dont lie it’s out for delivery when it wasn’t, I was badly let down, of which I purchased from gap within a day on time my loss money wise but you learn.

It took hours on the telephone (on numerous occasions) hoping someone one would answer, to no avail. Lack of professionalism and communication, will never use this organisation again!

I bought 2, 5 meter lengths of UPVC window sill cover. They did not notify me when they were being delivered but luckily I was in to receive the order. The sill covers come with a protective film which I left on TO PROTECT during the fitting process. When I removed the cover the sill was scratched. Although annoying I had enough over to do it again. I then did the larger sill and when I removed the protective film the sill was great till I got to a large area of damage. Contacted them via e mail and within a couple of days got a response as follows. Because I had cut and fitted the sill they would not replace or refund. They say you should remove the plastic foil prior to fitting. I advised the company I will not use them again.

They are literaly just a middle man,they lie to you constantly after nearly a 3 week wait after blatant lies on the phone and IGNORED emails i got told by EUROCELL they had only just received the order 2 days ago and it was delivered on the third day. This company cannot be trusted and people honestly bear in mind your paying B.P.O to only just pass the order to a local supplier cutting the supplier out. Cannot question the price even though it was more than EUROCELL but far cheaper than B and Q.I will not be using again customer service is terrible please take note

Company is a sham. Keep promising delivery dates but no delivery. Partial delivery from a local Eurocell but would keep giving new delivery date without delivery. I would like to get a refund but it hard to get through!
