A mixed review. Normally a 5 star for product and service but latest order was lost and consequently took a long time to arrive. This was sorted out in an efficient way but still drops a star. Hopefully better next time!

My order never arrived!! I sent numerous emails asking for an update all of which were ignored. No refund offered! Terrible customer service and im still owed my purchase price from last year!

Excellent prices and product range, £60 carriage paid. Only negative was delivery not received as advised but a day later with no real time updates on delivery. I will definitely use them again, but I will speak to them first before placing my order to get a better understanding of available stock and better ETA on delivery.

Items still not delivered and no updates after 14 days. Pointless sending messages through the site because no one replies, pointless ringing them also (waited in a cue for a hour then cut off) No other choice other to claim a charge back though my bank for items not received, company is a waste of time I should of read the reviews first

I would avoid these people. I ordered on 4 Dec 2023 and Im still waiting for my items. They dont answar the phone they dont reply to emails, they dont deliver your order. I have no Idea who gave these positive reviews? They must have done them themselves Avoid at all costs.

Very poor communication from start to finish, no email or call to tell me a delivery date/time, delivery was 2 days later than I was told so had to pay blokes to stand around then delivery was dumped on the drive and I wasn’t even told it had been delivered, wouldn’t purchase anything with this company again
