“Really great customer service. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift but it unfortunately did not get delivered/ got lost. However, PJ Pan sent out another one free of charge on the 23rd of December and it arrived on the 24th in time for Christmas. I am very grateful for this. Thanks very much.”
