“Item was delivered ahead of schedule and was exactly as ordered.”

“Good customer service. They called me to inform me about a delay with a supplier regarding my ordered product however managed to speed the delay up and get the product to me in quick time. The description of the product (waterproof socket) is slightly misleading. Although the product title is "socket" the picture s of both socket and plug and the description describes both socket and plug. I had to make a second order for the sockets. This is still good value for money.”

“Always a pleasure to visit this chandlery. Having owned one myself several years ago I know how difficult it can be to keep prices down, maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and to keep customers happy and loyal. Pirates Cave seems to have found the right formula for all three.”

“I spotted that Pirates Cave supplied a battery box together with strap.,at a good price,phoned up for an extra dimension which was checked there and then .I ordered online and the delivery arived just 2 days later .Great helpful service.Thankyou.”

“I have missed doing work on the boat because have to stay in all day because you wanted a signature on the delivery. If you respected my wishes to leave by the back door then it should have been obvious that I wanted del;ivery without extra formality.”

Once again, please accept our apologies for this mix up. The delivery was attempted the day after you placed your order, but unfortunately the courier didn't leave the parcel without obtaining a signature. By way of apology and as a gesture of goodwill we have already refunded your postage cost.

“Very easy ordering process but a small glitch when charging to my card, as I could not stop a delivery charge being made, even though I am collecting at store. No doubt the very helpful staff will sort this out. Charles”
