“This is how online business should be. The customer service is exceptional. Prices are keen and delivery is excellent. Response to queries is prompt by email and they even telephoned as a follow up to the emails when I asked for information on a product. All in all brilliant!”

“Bought a couple of off the shelf items. Made a effort to get them to me the next day, despite it being after the cut-off time and of relatively low value. Feels like you're dealing with a small company that cares about their customers, quite refreshing. Minor issue was that the website couldn't accept the discount code for free delivery, so had to phone the order through.”
