“Having used PC before and was very pleased with service, slightly disappointed this time as I ordered a product shown as 'in stock' then days later received a mail stating they could not obtain the item from the supplier. An improvement suggestion is to have a 'live stock' database that reserves product once purchased. Refund process was acceptable.”
