“As you will be aware, my order was supposed to be dispatched on Wednesday last week, 31 March, as was stated in an email you sent to me when the order was placed. It was not sent then and I had to call the shop on Saturday to enquire what had happened to my order. It was only then that arrangments where made with DHL your end to send it. One question for you to consider is what would have happened if I had not called on Saturday to chase this order up? How long would it have taken for you to have sent what appears to have been a forgotten order? Prof Christopher Dent LS16 7DL”

“Quick delivery, fair price but I was told by Christine that both life jackets would be 2021 models with the metal buckle ( because you have such a high turnover of these ) whereas they are both the early model. As I needed to be using one of them I decided not to bother contacting you again to get them exchanged. Disappointing!”
