“Excellent quality products and arrived reasonably quickly. The sizing on the shorts I ordered were on the tight size but no problem sending them back and exchanging for a larger size.Just phoned up and they were friendly and helpful.”

“The deck shoes were fine. Very disappointed with the couriers who 'delivered' the product, however (APC overnight). First I was told they had made the delivery when they hadn't. They then assured me it would go out the next day but still nothing arrived. After several days I gave up and collected the item from their depot in Exeter. I suggest you look into using a different carrier in future!”

“Generally excellent service and prices, but on a few occasions staff do not call back answering sales queries etc. Unless the contact person is Nathan or Ian who respond. I have placed orders elsewhere due to lack of response only not price. Barry Mercer”

“The Seago electric folding bike is an excellent product. The battery is built into the frame which makes it well balanced and along with disc brakes and a powerful rear wheel motor it is a pleasure to ride. I bought it to use from my motor home. For an electric bike it is light enough for me to lift on and off the rear cycle rack. It makes getting around from the van very easy especially on hills and in windy conditions. The battery has an excellent range. Very pleased with Pirate cave's next day service and a very good price for a bike with this many features. Would highly recommend it.”
