“I ordered anodes 9 days ago, nothing special a Volvo Saildrive. No idea when they will arrive. I'm currently in my account, I can't see a tracking service. Today, my boat's now on the hard and it's costing. Is this the service that is a receiving a 4.9 rating!!? They should indicate a delivery time, so we can plan maintenance. I was expecting the fast delivery, indicated on the website. Just in case I allowed for 9 days. I've just email requested some indication of delivery, let's see what happens. Disappointing!”

Hi Colin, I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived in good time. This was caused by a change in part number causing an issue with our dispatch. Your order was dispatched to you today for delivery tomorrow, and you will have now received a tracking number with a one hour timeslot. “There was a bit of a discrepancy, and after buying on line , I drove from South Wales to Kent, where my boat is , only to find it was packed ready to be shipped to Wales, even after on the online service I stated I would collect , that would have been a 400 mile round trip for £30 tin of anti foul paint ,”

Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received on your order. Looking into your order we can see we had made a mistake and the paint was packed incorrectly. This was raised by our dispatch team before your order was due to leave us the same day. Once this had been rectified the order was marked as 'Ready To Collect In Store', as per your original request. The order did not get shipped out to your address in South Wales but instead was ready for collection in our Kent Store as you had requested online. We do keep a large stock of paints at our store and would have been more than happy to correct the problem to save any inconvenience, had the order being shipped.
