“Great staff, helpful, friendly and provide open and honest advice. The unit is being optimised for new lines and stock. A lot of what we need is specialist and through catalogue purchase rather than of the shelf and we get the right support from the team for this. Lovely.”

“Ordered a Danbuoy light but it was not delivered. Called Pirate Cave twice and then had to email asking for a replacement. Still waiting.”

Good afternoon Graham, There appears to have been some miscommunication here, which we can only apologise for. Once we learned of your missing parcel, we immediately ordered a replacement from our supplier to fulfil your order and confirmed this via email. This should have arrived with us last week, but unfortunately, our supplier has since informed us of a further delay. We have tried calling you today and have responded to your emails as soon as possible to ensure your order is resolved.
