“Excellent service. Meat arrived as indicated. Frozen and ready for the freezer. So far we have only used the simplest turkey for Christmas dinner. We followed the online cooking instructions and everything was cooked to perfection. We will order again in the near future.”

“Such a great business, from help with my order to the selection available. Figgys Christmas pudding blew me away,it’s so good moist fruity and boozy everything you want for a Xmas pud. The meat as always melts in the mouth yet to try the scallops and fish saving for twixmas. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. A pleasure to order from and you know their care will come out in the food produced.”

“Not impressed. Delivery arrived just outside the 48hr slot !!. I tried emailing and phoning you regarding safety of freezing items and then defrosting to eat on Christmas day but no response . I went ahead and froze the items and then Christmas eve started to defrost the chicken in fridge . On Christmas day it was put in oven under your advised instructions for 2,kg chicken. 1 hr 20 min. After 2 hours it still wasn't cooked. We tried carving it and the meat still pink. We were put off by this and because of how long it took for me to receive items. 2 days late the chicken went in the bin. We didn't want the risk of food poisoning. I would have expected a better customer service as I am a loyal customer, I really are unsure whether to order from you again. I know it has been unusual circumstances but I think you could have been more honest regarding delivery .”

“Had a two bone rib of beef but unusually this was tough this time. Cooked it as medium rare and seared meat at high temperature for 20 minutes and then turned down heat to 160 degrees C, but meat went dry quickly and was slightly tough. Shame!”
