“The turkey was delicious, one of the best I've ever cooked and that's quite a few! Worth paying a premium knowing its been lovingly reared. It fed 20 with generous helping's ( the brown meat was wonderful ) and made a turkey pie x 6 and lots of tasty stock. Thank you very much.”

“Very upset this time with all the hair dark On the skin of belly pork looked awful and. So many on the turkey breast which I will have to pull out before I cook the turkey not sure what to do with the pork skin I’ve had belly before no problem”
