“Efficient, easy to order in advance for Christmas. Our delivery instructions to you asked for delivery to our outhouse if we were out, but this did not seem to have been relayed to DHL, because they emailed us in advance to ask where to deliver if we were out. We repeated what we had told you. However, we were in, and the guy bothered to knock on the door to deliver the package to us directly, which few couriers seem to do these days.”

“I bought a small Turkey breast for the two of us on Christmas Day .... it was and still is delicious! At the last minute delivery was a problem but Pipers pulled out all the stops to get my order to me. I was the last delivery on the list but the poor knackered delivery man made it to me at ten past ten at night. Thank you.
