Order was not delivered on the day it was scheduled, I was only informed after emailing and phoning that there was a delay and would not be delivered until the following day.
Order did not arrive the following day either.
I was provided tracking information that was incorrect for my order.
I have now requested a refund.

The order did not come. It was not delivered. I have emailed twice and called to get a refund but no one has got back to me and it is now 7 days since the due delivery date. It is a shame as I have used them before and the meat is good. I wanted this for Christmas and now I am stuck and out of pocket £125 with no refund.
