Delivery was prompt, and packaging well done, with obvious thought to the environment.
The fish and meat I bought were both fresh and of great quality. It is more expensive than a supermarket, but I'm happy to pay extra for the welfare of the animals and care towards the environment. However, its expensive enough that I'll order sparingly, and that's the idea, to eat a little less meat and fish.
