“Lovely meat & so well packed. Comes ready frozen & packed for the freezer. Mostly all packaging recyclable. The lambswool is reusable as well as recyclable. My dog loves it & I use it to keep my pots warm in the winter. I shall try using it as a mulch this summer.”

“WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM FACTORY I PAID £ 154 three weeks ago for lamb and beef for 12 people for Easter I confirmed over the phone and have a confirmation email. It is Saturday afternoon and I have no delivery, no notification of a delivery or DPD tracking number and their customer service line just says" we are not here" . It is not a Bank Holiday today. They are probably out spending my money and laughing at customers Will never ever use again Oh and they have the gall to still keep spamming me with their adverts even though my delivery has not arrived Utter utter rubbish”

“I usually love Piper's Farm, but it has expanded so much I feel like there's no transparency about the fact that it's actually a network of farms rather than just supplying from 1 farm. There's also a ton of plastic (which is hard to prevent!) and it's soft plastic, which is difficult to recycle. Also, I can tell the company is starting to cut corners and engaging in some sandbaggery. I used to love the chicken sausages, but now the recipe has changed and is using non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, including sunflower oil, rice flour, and palm oil. I can taste the difference - it's now sticky and claggy - not to mention the much higher food miles now that it's using ingredients imported from very far away. I much preferred when they included pork fat instead. This is really disappointing! I'm planning to scale back my purchase of Pipers Farm goods.”

“Absolutely delicious rack of lamb - I had forgotten how good it could taste! The 2 racks of lamb slotted together formed part of a wonderful meal with friends. My delivery came well packed, with sustainable packaging and arrived on time. Highly recommended!”

“Unfortunately it’s the end of customer service. I’m left with £100 bill for meat that arrived late and is no good to me thanks to DPD tried to get help from you but unfortunately you would rather lose my custom. Very sad.”

As I explained on the phone, you had chosen 'Standard Delivery' for your order, therefore DPD will deliver any time from 8am to 7pm on your selected day. Unfortunately DPD cannot guarantee the exact time of the delivery, or promise to deliver within a specific timeframe for the customer. I can see that you received this particular parcel at 12:33pm on your selected day. Please note, we do have the option for 'Express Delivery' (8am to 12pm) which would have been a better option if you required the parcel to be delivered within the morning. At Pipers Farm, we strive to provide exceptional customer service, and I am sorry that you felt that the team were unable to help on this occasion. As the parcel was out for delivery, we were unable to make any changes to the delivery time. We truly value your custom and it saddens us to hear that you feel we have let you down. “Prior to ordering from pipers farm, I was ordering from a different organic grass fed butcher. I was actually recommended pipers farm from someone, I’ve placed a couple of orders now and WOW! The meat is out of this world, tastes so divine and the quality is supreme. It’s the best meat I’ve ever tasted if I’m honest…. I just love their ethics, the way they look after their animals, they use a fantastic delivery service too so everything turns up packaged so well. Another bonus is the sheep wool they use to protect the items, I get to use for my plants especially in the winter. ❄️ I’ve ordered all sorts from pipers farm steaks, sausages, heart, lamb, pork, small cuts and bigger joints if meat and every single thing was amazing. Cannot wait to cook their lamb joint on Easter. Won’t be ordering from anywhere else now so thank you pipers farm!”
