“Although we are ourselves an organic certified and PFLA certified farm we do not produce milk. Who else to buy from but a fellow PFLA member? We love the milk - the variability, the Jersey origin (A2 - much better for our health); the taste (taste = nutritious value) and the environmentally friendly robust packaging. The cookery book is fantastic. The recipes work and taste delicious. I love the articles about land-based life and working with nature; it resonates with my upbringing and touches my soul.”

“The steak I ordered was supposed to be for 2 people , I basically got a thick loin of Beef about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide and deep , tasted nice but not what you expect when You order ribeye and sirloin and just get to big Lumps meat and grisal. For £60 was far expensive and if I had seen first what I was getting I wouldn’t have brought it even if it was for £10 .”
