“We have been buying Pipers Farm meat for some years now. The range of products is excellent and the consistent good quality of the meat is wonderful . It is easy to order from PF and being able to receive a box of meat which is pre frozen makes shopping a pleasure. Amending order by phone after food is ordered on line is also very easy.”

“I buy fairly regularly for big family gatherings and the quality of the meat ( and other products) is exceptional. It’s by no means cheap but decent meat shouldn’t be cheap! I highly recommend”

“Friend pleased with hamper .The ordering not ideal .2 cheeses not available but not easy to order alternative as told right at the end of the process .Disappointed that wooden boxed that made hamper special had run out .Site implied postage free above certain order then rather terse answer from customer service when queried .I typed a message but recipient did not receive it so initially didn’t know who had sent it .So good local products but systems not as good as could be .”

Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our farm and our offerings meet the highest standards. As we work with artisan producers, sometimes items do go out of stock but we always mark them as out of stock on our website immediately and I am sorry that you were not aware the of the two cheese being unavailable until right at the end of the ordering process. Postage is £3.95 when orders are over £75 and £5.95 if the order is below £75. I am afraid that we do not offer free delivery and we are working hard to find a sustainable alternative to the wooden crate for our hampers, but the wooden hamper will not be returning - I am sorry. I am terribly sorry, but we did not receive your message on your online order to be able to include this with your gift, you can always call us after the order has been placed and we can add messages, make amendments or make additions yo orders for you. Please remember that we are always here to assist you in any way possible. If you ever need assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is more than willing to provide you with any help you may require. Once again, thank you for your thoughtful feedback. “The produce is perfect & so tasty. There is little fat in the meat and little shrinkage when cooked. I bought chicken livers for my cat to try and she loved them but I used most to make pate which was glorious. I know the animals are cared for to the highest level and I am so confident that the meat is of highest quality. The mutton is superb and makes wonderful Oggies. All the meat I buy is tender and so tasty.”
