“This is a strange review as, in the end, our Piprrs Farm order couldn't be delivered by the carrier. However, I was incredibly impressed by the care and attention Pipers Farm people gave me in letting me know what was going on, and the heroic attempts they made to track the order - and even offered to to get a duplicate one to me in 24 hours (although they couldn't guarantee that the carrier would be selected to deliver). So no tragedy, minimal drama and I had time to source an M&S turkey! Fantastic people!”

“We ordered a cheese board as a present for Christmas which came without any problems. However we ordered £80 worth of meat for Christmas dinner which didn't arrive with DPD and because it past the safe time frame for delivery, was not delivered as unsafe to eat. This is a total waste of food. This happened because of problems with DPD being inundated due to postal strikes and isn't Pipers fault, however I feel if Pipers can't guarantee delivery within a safe time frame then they shouldn't be selling food online, due to the food waste. The main frustration was the total lack of communication from Pipers about the situation. After sending emails and leaving an answer machine message with no response I had to resort to leaving a comment on their Instagram page. It appears to have happened to a few people and I can only assume Pipers have been overwhelmed by lots of people sending emails, but I feel they could have put an announcement on their website explaining the situation and what they were going to do about it. This would have saved a lot of anxiety about what was happening and whether we are going to get a refund. We received a refund for the cheese board which was actually delivered but we haven't had a refund for the meat which we didn't receive, so had to send another email about this but again no reply as yet! It just feels like Pipers have been inundated with emails and is now chaotic which is a shame as we have used them a few times and have always been very pleased with the products and service. I'm sure we will also receive our refund and I'm sure Pipers are very disappointed with the situation too.”

“I have not received my Christmas delivery: I was assured would arrive today 23rd December.The farm is now closed till Wednesday: enjoy your Christmas as I am left running around to find food! Appalling customer services! Phone switched off not replying to emails. It is not the couriers issue it is the company’s which have let people down”

“Everything is top notch, I find all meat just delicious, the breakfast sausages are my favourite. Everybody says your hamburgers are the best they have ever tasted. The ony thing I am not over the moon about is the delivery charges.”

“Ordered. 1kg turkey breast and pigs in blankets x arrived on time and very well packed x can’t comment on taste until Xmas day ! Hopefully will live up to all the great reviews x. Obs can look up cooking instructions but might be helpful to have in with product”

I am very grateful for their wonderful service.
