“My order arrived 4 days before Christmas mostly defrosted - I didn't know what to do, as everyone said you shouldn't refreeze turkey etc. I tried ringing to ask for advice - there was no answer and message said to leave a message and they will get back to you - I did this a couple of times as no one got back to me. I also sent an email with no response. I was so worried about poisoning my Christmas guests! Very poor customer service. Still not heard back from anyone!”

“We bought our turkey this year from Pipers Farm as the one our daughter purchased last Christmas was so tasty. Certainly not disappointed. Our 6.5 kg bird was the best we have had and fed 11 including teenagers with huge huge appetites! Delivery of the fresh bird was as promised and our contact on line and by email given the problems the producers were probably having with bird flu was prompt. Highly mrecommended.”

“Efficient, easy to order in advance for Christmas. Our delivery instructions to you asked for delivery to our outhouse if we were out, but this did not seem to have been relayed to DHL, because they emailed us in advance to ask where to deliver if we were out. We repeated what we had told you. However, we were in, and the guy bothered to knock on the door to deliver the package to us directly, which few couriers seem to do these days.”

“the food is always wonderful but very disappointed by the customer service. I left two voice messages and one email after our order was delivered on 23rd December and no one has bothered to get back to me yet. I was therefore forced to eat the Turbot immediately which had been bought especially for the 26th,”

“We invested in the four rib forerib pasture raised Red Ruby for Xmas dinner!! we served it with home grown fresh dug horseradish sauce that i made, OMG!! we are still enjoying it today, such a great investment for our family of six humble Xmas dinner our wine of choice was a natural wine from Sicily which i had been saving to enjoy with from Gabrio Bini, all in all a big thumbs up from all our family, our dogs were going crazy also and i enjoy gifting them all some as we all enjoyed cold luncheon, we also rate their Duck!! so so good, investing in Pipers is investing in better ... we choose to vote with our ££ sterling, because if we were to have our own Beef and Duck it would be to this very standard, i like Joel salatin's philosophy and when i seen the owner of Pipers give Joel a Standing Ovation at the sustainable food conference i knew where and why i am invested in the farms and farmers of Pipers Farm, happy holidays, love Zeesh and family ... love to Devon .. “During this time of anxiety and worry, sometimes it’s good to know that the apple blossoms are still on the trees and the honey bees are coming out – it offers a sense of normality in an otherwise abnormal time” https://sustainablefoodtrust.org/podcast/in-conversation-with-joel-salatin/ happy 2023”

“Our order arrived one day later than originally specified, but no matter, we were informed of the delay, so thank you. We were delighted with everything in our order. It was the second year in a row that we purchased a turkey from Pipers Farm; it cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. Thank you all for the care and attention you take with packaging and despatch. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone at Pipers Farm and many thanks for the quality produce which made for a delicious Christmas dinner.”

“Very happy customer. We bought a turkey and a turkey crown from Pipers farm for Christmas. It was moist and delicious, very well presented and wrapped with love. I was told of time of delivery and when it was delivered. . I will not hesitate to order from this farm again.”
