“Excellent service from a good website, easy to use, amazing reward point scheme through to the delivery, good communication around exact day and time and the best recyclable packaging. I have found several useful ways to re use the wool packaging (needle felting, mulch on the garden and linning my hanging baskets) but if you would rather, you can return the wool to be recycled or used again in some other way. This is not forgetting the quality and choice of seasonal, organic, sustainably produced meats, dairy and store cupboard essentials available.”

“I love their food to bits and get a monthly/bimonthly shipment. Every product I receive has been 5/5 and the packaging is top tier for freezing and thawing. I do find that quite often they are out of stock of products; chicken hearts, some flavoured sausages, pork skins in particular. Also since the change to Piper Perks I don’t seem to have received any of the perks.”

“The website gave me confidence. I ordered bone broth. It arrived well packaged. I expected it to taste awful but no ! Very drinkable as it is, I add a bit of chilli as suggested. Too early to say if I am reaping the benefits of the collagen within the broth but I am quite happy to give it a couple if months to find out.”

“Great service great products. We have tried barbecue meats, steaks and pork beef and lamb joints all super tasty. The fish is good too. When I ordered something that had become unavailable a suitable alternative was offered within the hour via email.”

“Very pleased with quality of product and the price is very good. It arrived well packaged still frozen and plenty of details when it would arrive so that I made sure I was in. It even had a little booklet giving additional details. So overall exceptional service and quality.”
