“I bought a beautiful tree from Kenwood House for a very special Christmas at home. It looks stunning and I can't wait for my guests to see it on Christmas Day. Frank at Kenwood was so helpful and polite and understood exactly what I wanted. See you next year Frank at Kenwood.”

“Visited the Chiswick location and Sam was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted but he offered to unwrap a couple of other trees that he thought were going to work for me...and we found it! Thanks Sam, it looks great!”

“Wendover Woods, Lucas and Anya made our day- first time shopping there. We normally get our trees in Chesham but they tend to only do up to 8/9 foot. Grabbed an 11ft tree from Wendover Woods. Both Lucas and Anya were very friendly for our first trip buying Xmas trees with Pines and Needles. Helped take them out and show them plus it was really hard to get the 11ft through the netting machine - give the guys a bigger net machine next year! - so Lucas and Anya had to tie the tree up in several places before it could go through the machine. Lucas also helped get the 11ft monstrosity into the car. It was a value tree as well so not perfect but the price was good. Expected more trees but they had a nice selection. So very happy with the tree and don't lose the team next year! Happy Christmas!”

“Have purchased Christmas trees from their setup on Turnham Green for the last few years. This year they've got more space and a great selection. Was helped by James there who was very polite and helpful. Tree looks great and we're all set for the festive season! Thanks.”

“We went to the Chiswick store tonight to pick up our first tree together. James was really helpful in helping us decide which tree would look best. Tirelessly getting us new trees out and holding them up until we made our choice. Now it's back at home and looks great!”

“Having used P&N for many years this year was terrible - the outdoor tree arrived without the proper pot and covered in mud, the indoor tree is leaning at 30 degrees and despite many e mails to customer service i have not been called back to rectify the issue.”

“I should have known better than to use P&N after I used them in 2018 and they gave me a tree that was infested with ladybirds! Anyway, cut to 2019. Ordered tree. It was meant to be delivered between 6pm - 10pm on Tuesday. I left work early to make sure I was home for 6pm. Got my first call from P&N at 9:25pm telling me the tree would be delivered 'within the hour'. No delivery by 10:45pm. Called them at 10:50pm and was told I was the next delivery and they were 'on the way'. Get a call from P&N and 11pm telling me (by a very angry driver who wouldn't stop ranting to the point I couldn't get a word in) that my tree would be with me 'within the hour'. He gave me the option of getting it delivered the following day which I accepted as I's already been waiting 5 hours. I'm now at 3:20pm the following day and haven't heard from P&N despite calling them 4 times, leaving a voicemail and emailing them. Bunch of jokers, go with 'Patch' instead.”

“We bought a tree last night in Chiswick. I was overly excited as it was my first time getting a REAL tree. Brandon was exceptionally helpful and taught us how to look after our tree to keep it in a good condition all the way up to Christmas. We've put the tree up and it looks great in our flat! Thanks x”
