Not particularly impressed with the delivery service. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and were clearly very busy and working hard to get the trres delivered and set-up quickly. \n\nHowever, unfortunatly our tree was delivered well over an hour after our scheduled slot finished, at around 7.25pm. This is not the fault of the drivers but the schedulers and it simply isn't a good enough service. \n\nWe had requested the 1 - 6pm slot so we could dress the tree in the evening, with as little inconvenience as possible to our staff and clients using the reception area. As the delivery was so late, it arrived just before we closed and we had to dress the tree during the morning while the office was busy. \n\nI also had to chase customer services to find out what was happening as the drivers were so busy I could not get hold of them and they obviously needed to assist other customers and didn't have time to stop to try to call me. This should not have happened as clearly the delivery was heavily behind schedule and we should have been informed earlier and offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day. \n\nI was offered a refund of the difference between a slot booking and a non-slot booking, however I do not feel this is sufficient recompense for the inconvenience caused. If we had not had a reason for a slot booking we would not have booked one. \n\nWe have used this company for a number of years but I feel you are not offering a reliable service and will bear this in mind when choosing our supplier next year.

I am not happy with the light installation. I was about to decorate the tree today but the lights have not been draped properly and don't look right. Bernadette Thomlinson

Absolutely stunning tree and delivered so sharply in the timeframe they gave.\n\nUnquestionably the easiest and most hassle free way to order a Christmas Tree in London - I will always go to Pines and Needles!\n\n

The guys were friendly and tidied up after themselves but the tree was a bit wonky and we had to straighten it afterwards.

Delivery arrived at 17.20hrs when I had booked a 09.00-17.00 delivery slot. I had to ask my Receptionist to stay on past 17.00 otherwise there would be no one here to receive the tree. Later I received a call from the driver to say that he had forgotton some decorations and could he bring them back. I ask him to drop them at the 24hr security desk as we had all left for the day. The driver was pleasant enough but I would like a refund on the delivery charge as it did not arrive in the time slot booked and some items were forgotten. Tania Byfield

Delivery was after 6pm due to an incident near by however, it would have been good to receive a call to inform us as I was the last person in the office and was about to leave when the delivery man arrived

A wonderful tree - everyone on the office has commented on how fresh and full it is. \n\nThe deleivery was smooth - the driver called to let me know when he'd arrive and they delivered it quickly and set it up in the stand efficiently. They also helped to move some furniture that was in the way.\n\nOnly one suggestion I might make is that they could bring a broom and clean up any needles that are dropped when the tree is set up.\n\nGenerally, really happy with the service!

could have had help with putting the christmas tree in its stand as the branches at the bottom made it difficult to screw the tree in to the stand.

hi im happy with the tree but when asked if the delivery guys could help put tree in stand they said there will be an addition fee of £10, i said ok invoice me the cost and they said it would cost more so they couldn't invoice, so as i do not have cash in the office and must invoice all expenditure i had to install the tree myself.

I booked and paid for a standard delivery from 6pm to 10pm. The tree arrived at 5pm and the driver called me to let me know he left the tree inside next to my door as no one was there. \nFortunately the tree was there at my arrival and no one took it but it is disappointing to see that 2 years in a row you messed up the delivery times.\nLast year the tree arrived at 11.20pm and this year before time.\nOn a positive note the driver left a nice message and the tree is lovely.
