“For its size this Christmas tree with delivery was very expensive but we wanted the convenience of having it this year and our normal supplier wasn’t delivering. It was squat and thin with an awful shape to it and despite daily watering it started to drop very quickly”

“We were delighted with our tree and it was extremely hassle free. One side of the tree was in fact a bit uneven & slightly flatter in shape - but actually that worked well as it fitted against a window and many people proactively remarked on what a great shape the tree was. Some dropping by late Dec but not extreme.”

“I bought a 4ft tree with a small stand and installation. After a few attempts the guys were able to make it stand up. However the stand is clearly too small and the tree keeps falling down almost every day breaking the ornaments. This is a very expensive service ! I expected more !!”

“Excellent quality tree. We got a 6ft Nordmann fir. Very attentive service supported with an app to track the tree on delivery. Customer service would contact me within 5-10 mins of emailing with very reassuring responses. The team that delivered the tree were charming and friendly - all very Christmassy.”
