“I had ordered a 7ft tree, but after opening it, it was 6ft. The tree was none the less very beautiful. Having contacted Pines and Needles, they quickly arrnaged a refund for the difference and some. Very happy!”

“Pines and Needles delivered a lovely vibrant tree on time and with a cheerful manner. When they realised the tree wouldn't fit in my stand, they kindly gave me a bigger one. The man in the kilt was particularly friendly - thank you :)”

“First time buying a real Christmas tree. Easy to order and delivered on time via courier. The tree is stunning and will be ordering again next year. Shame it doesn't smell of pine but there are hardly any needles dropping which is great!”

“Buying my Christmas Tree was no fuss at all. Eva was so helpful and knowledgable about the trees and she was ever so patient when we couldn’t decide on the size! She even carried the tree to our car for us. We will be back next year for sure!”

“We purchased a 7ft tree from pines and needles in Greenwich Park . A staff member called Tom was absolutely first class . He was patient and extremely helpful , nothing was too much trouble , we felt he really cared . Well done Tom hope there next year !!!!”

“Good service. I’ve used these guys for many years. I was a bit concerned by some reviews I’d read, but they have been great. I ordered an foot Nordmann on the morning of 10th December, and it arrived, on time the next morning. The team texted me in advance to let me know the time they’d arrive, the tree is a great shape and looks really fresh and the whole thing was put up and fluffed out by the two-man team (in kilts!) in less than 10 minutes.”

“Driver has delivered the last tree they had in the van, which had some of branches trimmed, and huge gaps on one side, which we noticed after they left. Support never responded despite their claims of 48 hours replacement”
