“Delivery driver was helpful and the tree arrived within 2 days of ordering. Tree arrived protected and it was able to be unpacked easily without damaging it. Very happy with my order, will be ordering next year!”

“Last year they were great. The two men that delivered the tree were festive and dressed in kilts. This year the two men were grumpy, not very friendly and did not set the tree up in a stable way. After they left I went to move the tree over a bit and it was lopsided and fell on our tv and broke the screen. We had to replace our tv plus the actual looked like it was already dying. Very dry and browning even though I put water in the bottom stand straight away. Very disappointed this year and I will be using them next year.”

“Firstly I ordered over the phone with them on line then I wanted to check something and the woman I spoke to was so rude that I decided to cancel my order, she informed me she was a manager. Eek. Then by coincidence a tree was bought from pines and needles and we paid for delivery. We requested a morning delivery, we received it at 10.30pm. They also delivered the wrong tree.”

“I waited all day. Delivery was late (past 10:15pm) and when they arrived they had the wrong tree. I had to reschedule delivery for another day and wait again. There was only one guy without a kilt and the tree did not have a net over it so the needles fell everywhere and I had to spend the next day cleaning all of it. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.”

“Fantastic company, excellent Christmas trees and very warm service! If you choose to go for a delivery option, a healthy and good looking tree will be picked for you. If you decide to pop in to one of their walk in locations, very festeve atmosphere and good people working there + you can pick a tree yourself. The first time I picked a tree myself it turned out to be dying which I discovered a couple days later, and Pines and Needles offered a free replacement with no fuss at all. I have came back to them every year since.”
