“I am aware that the tree is measured from base to tip, however I was not aware that that meant you could order a six foot tree that is about one third bare at the top. A very sad looking tree so we will need to trim off the top foot or more so it doesn't look so bad. Not a very impressive office tree.”

“Service was really great. Received constant updates on where the tree was. Got a call before delivery as well, which is great because you can be ready. Our tree is beautiful and we will definitely order our tree from this company next year.”

“Fantastic tree. Very nice and helpful chap delivered it. Only negative would be the messages sent to my landline and mobile phone, only mobile phone is fine, texts left on the landline take ages to listen to and i got more than one which were quite annoying.”

“Just like to say that the staff at Wembley were very polite and friendly. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and one of the guys in the yard offered to show us around explaining the types of trees they had and the different fragrances they give - unfortunately I can't remember his name! The staff in the office were all happy and friendly, I went back and brought a second tree and received a free mini tree which was a nice treat! Will definitely be buying my trees from here every year :)”

“The person who took my order was very friendly and efficient and the tree arrived on the day it was expected. It was, however, just left by our front door in full view of passers-by; rather than behind our planters as requested. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the tree and will certainly use you again. Martin”

“Third year using Pines and Needles, and probably my last year. Hit and miss with the trees, service is standard and price is very expensive. Will take the time to shop around next year before using them again.”

“Beautiful, freshly cut tree. Perfectly symmetrical. Only downside was the mess created when cutting off the netting ; not just needles, but an unusual amount of forest wet debris/reeds/grasses etc....probably half a bin bag full. Should have been a warning to protect the carpets!”

“I have been ordering my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles for a few years now..... and generally, I think they are very good, which is why I keep going back to them. This year we had a little mishap, in that I paid for the delivery drivers to 'set my tree up' in it's stand and they left it in the front garden, which I believe was a genuine misunderstanding as they offered to come back and set up when it was pointed out. The mistake was remedied by the team and the price of the 'setting up' was refunded very quickly. It also feels as though this years tree is not quite as ' full' with a lower diameter than last years..... so I hope this is not the shape of things to come! It's only these minor niggles that stop me rating them as 'Very Good'.....”
