“Jules & Co delivered about 2 hours after the close of the 8am - 1pm window - friendly and helpful chaps, but quite clear they're really busy and it feels the delivery service pines and needles offered is oversold and should be amended. \n\nDelivery also missed out the mistletoe. \n\nHad issues with the website - took me 5 attempts to actually place an order, due to the website erroring and forgetting my basket (tried multiple browsers over an hour).\n”

“Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Thank you all so much. The tree is beautiful and the children at Eastcote Primary School had a superb evening decorating it. “I don't really see why, in this day and age, you can't offer a better delivery slot than 8am-10pm (waiting in for 14 hours is unreasonable). The website didn't work when I tried to book initially, I called to get an update on the delivery and was told the van had broken down and that "we don't deliver to your area anyway in the mornings" - but was then told by your office that the person I spoke to (Shabana?)shouldn't have said that as it's not true...in short, it was all a bit disappointing. The tree is good enough but I'd seriously have to consider whether or not to order from you again because the delivery is just so poor.”

“This was our 2nd delivery as our first one did not turn during our alloted turn and we were not informed that it wasn't going to turn up on the day selected. Upon ringing the lady was extremely helpful and advised that the driver was running 3hrs late. At this point it was 5.10pm! She kindly rebooked us in for the next day, which duly arrived in the allotted time. Then I realised that I had forgot to order a collection in January!\n”

“The collection was scheduled for 7am, and arrived at 8.30am. I was instructed to have all my suppliers offsite by 8am, and this delay therefore meant I could not do this and had repercussions. We paid additional for this collection, and would therefore expect a refund. Thanks”

“I am extremely happy with the delivery, because although we didn't answer the buzzer or door knock, the deliverers were able to get access into the building and leave our delivery inside right in front of our flat door.\nI was pleased do see a double-order of free mistletoe, and of course the cute mini tree; plus you delivered a wreath that my grandparents ordered for me separately. Thank you!\nI am less happy about the fact that a voice message and an email that I left last week went un-returned (it was to confirm delivery of the wreath).\nAlso, the tree trunk was cut poorly/jagged; we had to re-cut it, so it would be level in the tree stand.\nBut overall, I am happy with your service.”

“The delivery was great, no comments about that.\nThe tree itself however, was in a pretty bad state, and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. I was very disappointed with the quality - the tree was basically one-sided, and the bottom branches were all broken. I have some pictures if you would like to see them”

“Christmas tree was delivered exactly when promised. The only thing which is a little annoying is that the tree was pretty muddy and I had to wash the branches before decorating the tree. Other than that, it's a great size and looks lovely.\n\nMerry Christmas!\n\nLucy”

“I bought and had delivered a tree for both my work Marketing Metrix, and my home 77 Howard building. The tree for work is perfect, full and symmetrical. However I am disappointed with the tree delivered to my home, it is not as full and not symmetrical, in fact looks like there is a chunk missing from the back - the two trees look completely different.”
