“Excellent Service, lovely trees. I requested narrower trees due to space issues and that was exactly what I got. I was also very impressed with the communication prior to delivery and the children thought that the delivery guys dressed in santa hats and kilts was fantastic. will definitely use this service again next year, thank you very much.”

“Ordering system very slick. Good quality trees and delivery was spot on time. Only niggle, they forgot to deliver my freebees but not the end of the world, I think the young lady said she would get them out to me asap.”

“the guys the delivered our tree where extremely helpful, really friendly and happy, it put the whole office in the xmas spirit. The tree was delivered within the time promised so all in all we were very happy with all aspects of shopping with you guys. Thank you”

“We usually go and choose our tree with pines and needles, but this year we ordered it online for delivery. They chose a beautiful tree, great shape, really good quality. Delivery was as planned, with a friendly lady dropping it off. They called before (as we asked)... So they did all they said they would and did it very well. Will come back next year!!”

“Not that impressed. Tree was soaking wet, the base had not been cut straight and so is wonky and that needed work. Not exactly what I was expecting from this level of service.”

“Hi, my whole experience with Pines and Needles has been a very good one from the ordering process to the delivery. The two men that dropped our tree off were not only charming but very helpful too. Our system did not indicate there had been a problem with your delivery. We take every single problem very seriously and pro-actively ask for feedback and attempt to address any issues with our delivery as soon as possible, almost always on the same day. One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly and we will do anything it takes to put this right.
