“Wanted to leave a glowing review for Kaya at the Crystal Palace park store! Though busy with several customers at the time he was extremely attentive and informative helping me decide on the best tree. I wasn’t very knowledgeable but he knew his stuff and even helped me figure out what weight I’d be able to carry home. He’s was an absolute Gem and you should give him a raise!!! “This is the fourth year I got my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles and my loyalty remains. Efficient service and friendly driver (this year, Sami, was even exceptionally friendlier compared to others in previous years!) and, an excellent tree quality. No doubt I will continue placing my order with them in coming years.”

“Got my tree from Viktoria Park at the weekend and was served by Chris. Poor guy had the best patience as we changed our mind 3 times before picking a tree. My husband is very particular when picking a tree but we were really happy with the range of options, all looked really good quality.”
