“Just bought our tree from your Kingston site and the guys could not of been more helpful, Sulen even carried our 7ft tree (i'm 67 years old ) 200 yards home for me! Couldn't be happier used this site last year and will again next year, THANK GUYS.”

“Found a beautiful 7 foot Nordmann and great service at Fulham store last year . Returned looking for same this year but 7 foot but very disappointed as most 7 or 8 foot trees on display had had their branches trimmed to shape which didn’t look good. The chap working there didn’t seem to keen to search through those wrapped as he felt this was a very hit and miss way of selecting a tree .. he did agree to open 2 but again their branches had been badly trimmed!!!”

“Fantastic service from Lucas and Anya at Wendover Woods. Very friendly and helpful - even in the rain! Massive selection both in terms of size and shape. The tree 🌲 is fab [Nordmann Fir 7ft] and the price was the same as or less than last year. Highly recommended.”

“So bad. We bought one of the most expense trees and decoration options for our bar, the tree was bald from all of the dropped needles, between their van and front door. I sent the first tree back, the second one was not much better. it was then badly decorated, by 3 people that clearly didn't want tho be doing the job. the customer service was shocking, they don't care, once they have your money. honestly, it's such a rip off. The lowest quality materials at the highest possible price.”

“A loyal customer of 7 plus years means nothing - shockingly bad Customer Service - outrageous attitude - will be going elsewhere this year. As for price matching or beating errrr forget it !! Happily there are other companoes out there that are prepared to fulfill my order at the price that Pines and Needles refused to.”
