“Mike and his colleague were friendly and helpful. The tree is gorgeous. The candle had a break in it, but I melted some of the wax and stuck it back together so it's fine.”

“We have used pines and needles now for four years and we are always impressed by the quality of your trees and how fresh they arrive. \n\nThe one thing that does let your service down is late deliveries...when we pay extra to have a specified time slot I do believe it should be met. If it's not net we should receive a call before the slot window expires. The delivery guys were polite and helpful however they called us at 1:50 to inform us they were running late and our window was between 8-1. Our tree did not arrive until 2:45. I think Pines and Needles need to look at improving punctuality as it's been late every year for us. I complained last year as it was over three hours late and I got £5 refunded. I didn't want to cause a fuss this time however I would re commend looking at this area of your service going forward.”

“Hi there, \n\nWe've used you for a couple of years now and we have found that the tree you send was smaller than last year (we chose the same tree). The biggest problem with the tree is that the tree is really dense and tightly packed together so it is hard to decorate, whereas last year, the tree was pruned really well.\n\nMerry Christmas, \n\nRic”

“Delivery was seamless and it was left where requested. Don't like to be picky but the double upward vertical shoot sprouting up from 3ft below the top of the tree makes it quite ugly and it can't be cut out without leaving a big bald spot which is a bit disappointing for a first timer. To be totally honest, the Raynes Park pub car park have exactly the same type of trees, without the deformity, and for £30. It was convenient for us to have it delivered this year, but a lesson learned for us. We would not have chosen this one had we seen it beforehand. We would have had one without the strange top. It is being decorated as I write so too late to do anything about it - but - whilst the idea of using you seemed like a good one, I will return to the pub car park next year and save quite a lot of money. Great service for offices and people working long hours, but think I'll stick to the traditional tree hunt next time around and spend the extra £30 odd on presents for the family. Happy Christmas and thanks.”

“I am very happy with the service I received. I had called customer service the day before to ask if possible the tree be delivered in the morning. We received it before 10am! And we're very happy with the size of the tree too.”

“Tree great as always but delivery service not nearly as friendly or slick. He called to ask which building I was in when he had the address (it's a short street and numbers are clearly displayed). He then called me again from outside my block asking me to let him in, complete ignoring the obvious intercom system. He also grumbled about bringing the tree in and putting it in my stand (which he did) saying I had only paid 'standard delivery' which meant leaving it on the street. Is that true as every year previously a friendly person wearing a Santa hat has brought it in and placed it in the stand without being asked. Friends who I introduced to you based on your previous excellent customer service have made similar comments to me.”

“Holy didnt turn up with our order as Dravko explained apologetically it had run out. We would like confirmation we have not been charged for it. The guys who delivered the tree were beyond wonderful and helpful. Really great ambassadors for your company.”

“Received a telephone call to say that they would be 15 mins for delivery of xmas tree and they arrivied as stated, there was no xmas tree stand with my order they took one off the van but it was a large one which was great of them to do so that we could put our tree up but to be honest (not there fault) as they were not supplied with the correct stand but our tree keeps moving and is unable to stand straight as due to the stand but great delivery staff very friendly and helpful”
