“Staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly when I queried delivery time. However, the tree itself doesn't stand up by itself because it hasn't been potted centrally (and the pot is smashed up). Phoned the driver but too far away to return with a new one. Therefore rather than wait in all day again, I will need to buy a new pot and repot myself - a lot more trouble and expense than hoped for. I'm not sure I would buy again as a result.\n\n Julia Mills.”

“Hi, the tree is huge - bigger than expected! It smells lovely and is a good quality tree though, thank you! However, the tree appears to have a birds nest in it (luckily no birds) so this was a bit sad to see. Also, the delivery was not great. It was delivered on time which was good, and we received the phonecall beforehand as promised. However, the tree was sort of dumped on us and not taken up the stairs as requested, the free mistletoe did not arrive, and the boy (young) who brought the tree to the door hardly spoke to us - just handed me the docket and told me to sign. This is all fine as we have the tree we wanted but not quite the service level I expected.”

“Very happy with the service. After putting up the tree we originally received we realised it was very lopsided and sparse on one side. So we called Jules who suggested bringing us another tree on the same day. So he came back in the evening and we picked out another tree that we are now very happy with.”

“Feedback on delivery: Based upon a really good experience last year, was hoping for a repeat but was disappointed. The tree that turned up was good but there was a large and thick branch shooting out from the stem of the tree which meant that it didn't fit in our (circular) tree stand and cutting it off would have taken off a large part of the lower section of the tree. I also didn't want to buy another tree stand for £20. I asked if there were any other 7ft trees and was told there was one, which was brought from the lorry and held up. I questioned whether it was a 7 ft tree and was told it was but as it clearly didn't look like, we held the trees up to check size. The one that they had brought from the lorry may have been a 7ft tree at one time but about a foot had been chopped off the top and so there was this one lonely thin top with no branches. I wasn't impressed that this was being palmed off on me. I said I would call the office to get a replacement. The guy delivering then asked if he could leave the tree with me because his van was full, which I refused unless he wanted to leave it outside at his own risk. They then produced another tree from the lorry with a base that fitted by holder. I'm pleased with the tree but disappointed by the delivery experience. Not sure I want to go through this next year. “Hi, I ordered two Christmas trees from you - one I ordered direct at brick lane, and he delivered. The other I ordered for a friend via the website because Brick Lane wouldn't deliver. My friend received a tree with no 'log' on the bottom as a stand. My one had a log as a stand and I expected the same when I ordered one for her via your website. But that didn't happen. So, we were disappointed. Jennifer”

“Tree is great. Martin advised me that he was running late, which was ok. But seemed rather stressed out when he arrived so not a particularly "Christmassy" experience”

“Martin was a very nice man. Tree went up fine, nice tree, might want to water it prior to leaving as an added touch. On pick up wondering if he will vaccum the needles up as he brings the tree out.”

“Hi there,\nOur tree this year seemed much smaller, and less bushy than previous years so was a little disappointed - especially our 5 year old daughter who remembers the beautiful lush tree you supplied last year (exactly same tree ordered).\nDelivery was great, as it turned up nice and early, before our daughter went to bed, so it was lovely she could get excited, and your driver was very nice too.\nOur biggest problem with the tree, and the main reason I'm supplying feedback, is that two weeks into it being here, it started to dry out and worse than that, the smell of it can only be described as very unpleasant. It smells like something is rotting!! We have never had this problem with trees before, and have had natural trees for the past 15 years, so are very adept at looking after them. \nWe are actually counting down the days till we can take it down now - something we never do - just because the smell is getting pretty unbearable.\nSo there's my feedback - I'd like to know what your response is.\nThanks,\nMichelle Worley”

“Tree is fresh and nicely shaped. You made a fresh cut for us on the trunk so it can drink water and it is doing great. No needles falling and looking fresh. Thanks for doing as we requested.”
