“We bought our chistmas tree in Pudney. Nice place, amazing decoration and the best christmas athmosphere. We had good advices from a Spanish guy, called Julen, he was very helpfull and funny! We love how the tree turned out at home. We will be back next year.”

“First time using this company and one of the reasons was to get a hassle free delivery of a lovely tree unfortunately the tree was delivered upside down crushing the top! Luckily it hasn’t snapped but taking into account the price for delivery I would have expected it to have been delivered with more care. I’m hoping it doesn’t ruin the tree. I’ll check properly later If so I will get in touch for a replacement.”

“We decided to visit Pines and Needles in Wimbledon Park and very happy we did too. Carla served us and thank god she did as she is very handy with a saw and moves trees around like they weigh nothing. And she was very friendly too! And of course the tree she wrapped up for us is perfect. Thank you - we'll be back next year!”

“Great service - tree is beautiful and was delivered by an exceptionally friendly elf who gave out plenty of tips and couldn't have been friendlier (thanks Hadley!)! Although the window for tree delivery is 8am-10pm (unless you pay extra), you can track the delivery so you can see where your tree is and plan your day accordingly. We had a lovely time decorating last night and the tree looks beautiful - really full and straight!”

“Having been let down by local sellers who did not have any pot grown Fraser firs, a beautiful pot grown Fraser fir tree was delivered on time by Pines and Needles. The 5ft described really is accurate and it smells gorgeous. A pleasurable online ordering experience. I will use Pines and Needles again next year if I cannot source what i want locally again.”

“I paid extra for a delivery slot by courier and have had to take time off work to wait for the tree. It is now 2 hours late and I am unable to track it. I have called Pines and Needles twice and have been asked to contact the courier but I have not been given the right details to even be able to trace where my tree is. This is shocking customer service and though I have bought a number of 12 ft trees from Pines and Needles over the years, I am appalled by your service.”

Dear Customer, Sorry for the delay. It appears that the delivery has been held up and it is out of our hands. We will look into this further and refund you the difference for the all day slot and the slot that you paid for. “Christmas isn't Christmas without our trip to Pines and Needles on Shirland Road and we have been getting our trees from them since time began! Their service is always super friendly and super patient which is particularly helpful when deliberating between trees and this year was no exception with Marlon Cang who was our absolute Christmas Star! No hesitation in recommending Pines and Needles and look for Marlon if you can!”

“Bought 10' tree and base at Battersea Park store. Tree not delivered by latest time quoted and when it finally arrived, they had forgotten the base, so couldn't take delivery. Driver said that he had several deliveries that day where the bases had not been loaded. Asked next day if they could redeliver within a 2-hour window but they said that they could not do that, and I was not prepared to spend another 9 hours at home waiting for the delivery. They were not prepared to do this, despite huge inconvenience caused the day before.”

“We have been getting our Christmas tree from Pines and Needles on Shirland avenue for years and have never been disappointed by the service nor by the trees. Incredibly patient with us as we ask them to search for another tree and another one and...more like this.... less like that...they always find the perfect tree. This year again Pip and John did a great job all throughout our hesitations and further demands.... with big smiles!”

“Tree was not delivered. Zero communication despite a very wide delivery window (3-10pm). Nobody answering phones or emails. Terrible service and will never use again. Very disappointing for small children who had expected to decorate a tree or at least wake up to one. Inexcusable especially given the price.”
