“Apart from the tree not arriving until 1.30pm I was happy with everything until I opened the tree and the top of the branch where the angel goes was snapped off because of the way it had been packaged. Bit disappointing, but the decorations I ordered from yourselves were lovely.”

“The 2nd tree delivered was acceptable as the 1st tree was in very bad condition. However I paid extra to have the tree put in the stand and did not receive this service. Overall I found the experience to be dry stressful and hassling. Not what's needed over Christmas”

“I wish you would/could send an automatic message indicating a 3-hour slot for tree delivery on the day of delivery, rather than the 5 hours....”

“I was disappointed with the tree. It's tall enough but is not very bushy although you can't see this until you unwrap it. We'll keep it but I wouldn't have picked it myself. In future we'll go and buy our own tree.”

“Hi There\n\nWe took delivery of our tree last Sunday. Unfortunately the tree has been looking very 'droopy' since it arrived - and it has only got worse this week. It looks as though it's been out of the ground for quite some time.\n\nWe have friends coming for New Year, and we're really concerned that it isn't going to last until then - and possibly not even until Christmas Day. \n\nI'm happy to send a picture if you can confirm an email address.\n\nMany thanks,\n\nStuart”

“Very disappointed with the fairy lights, they looked nothing like the image on the website and the wire was more prominent than the actual lights. Customer Service was very good and so were speed and deliveries. I would like to do something about the lights though. Many Thanks”
