“Payment, delivery was excellent, although once i was decorating y tree i have found that it has a lot of mud on the tree. This makes part of it look as if it is dying.”

“we tried to call Sonny who refused to answer his phone. when he did arrive there was a problem with the tree (it wouldn't fit in the stand as it had not been trimmed properly). Sonny tried to fob us off by saying we could cut off branches using a bread knife. Eventually he trimmed the tree himself after we told him to take it away. He also tried to suggest there would be an additional charge if he had to take the tree away”

“The tree is the best you have sent me yet and I am extremely happy with it. Only thing is that I think I was due to receive some complimentary mistletoe and holly but there was no holly, I only got mistletoe! Tavia Cottam”

“The tree was dead on arrival, meaning I was unable to decorate it with my family on the Sunday which had been set aside. It did not arrive with the free mistletoe either. Very disappointed.”

“Without Sonny your service would have been a joke. We ordered at 12ft tree. An 11ft tree turned up and we rejected. Called office who were slow and not apologetic. Sonny went to Fulham and returned with fantastic tree. If we hadn't had Sonny as a driver I am not sure what would have happened. What shambles are you running that your load vans up the night before with the wrong size trees?”
