“Quality alert: curved and defected Christmas trees from Pines and Needles! I have just received a defected curved Christmas tree from Pines and Needles. It looks like I wouldn't have any replacement or refund. I can't believe I paid for such an ugly and curved tree. Please don't order trees from Pines and Needles (Pinesandneedles) to avoid disappointment.”

“Placed order early and paid in full for 9ft tree delivery day agreed !! Delivery day came No delivery chased 3 times still no delivery and no explanation Children disappointed very poor and dreadful service If you want your tree on time go elsewhere Will not be using these guys again”

We use a nationwide courier service outside of the London zones which can sometimes be delayed as stated on our website: ** Delays can occur with the contracted courier. Such delays are beyond our control and as such do not qualify for a refund. In severe weather, delays of up to 5 days may occur so please allow for this if you require your tree on or by a specific date. “Imagine this - Christmas morning, Archibald and Araminta have just woken to the smells of Marks and Spencers spiced triple baked gluten free minced pies and they exhault (very politely) about just how bloody good Christmas is. As they leap out of bed they rush to see just how spoilt they have been, with 'Minty' still adament that "If Mummy and Daddy haven't got me another pony then I'm reporting them to childline". As you put the free range Turkey into the Aga a horrifying shriek pierces the air of your 15th Century Surrey retreat (the one that you regularly brag about to your 'mates' at yoga). The noise is coming from the drawing room so you and Richard (you love him but hes just not quite lived up to your expectations monetarily and sexually) rush to the scene of the apparent crime. One voice has become two as Archie wails at the sight before him. A fake tree. In one fell swoop Christmas is ruined. The children vow that you are not their real parents and this reminds Richard of the truth behind that 'one' mistake that happened on your 10th year Uni leavers party. Yes Minty appeared 9 months later but hes still the 'real' father. As such 'Dickie' turns heavily to drink throughout the morning and the children are sobbing down the phone to either childline or the grandparents, you're just not sure. By midday you have accepted that Christmas is over. To add insult to injury The turkey was eaten by a combination of a ruthlessly drunk Richard and Percy your black lab and as such the inlaws have gone, like the inheritance, to Hugos. In short, your kids hate you, your husband has been reminded of you infidelity and the money has gone. But you awake and realize that you bought your real and bushy tree from the team at Pines and Needles, who have excellent trees and customer satisfaction, not to mention 10% off for armed forces. Disappointed only by Richards amorous activities the night before you awake for Christmas knowing its all in hand and it was all just a dream. But not the tree, that's alive, real and the best money can buy.”

“We collected our tree from Pines and Needles Bournemouth. We had never been there before but we are certainly going back! We arrived with a very excited 3 and 5-year-olds and being the shop on a busy main road I didn't have much hope for how the purchase would go. We wanted a chubby 6ft tree to fit in a very specific corner at home. The man who served us was absolutely charming and so patient with the children. He knew his business inside out and led us immediately to the perfect tree for us. He then prepped the tree in seconds and helped us load it into the car. Now our house smells beautifully christmassy so all in all a great visit to Pines and Needles.”

“Second year in a row they have provided us with a fantastic, healthy looking tree. Last year we went to the pop up store in St. Albans and chose on for ourselves but this year I opted for the delivery option. It was fantastic, they arrived when they said they would with a carefully wrapped, perfectly sized tree. Thanks again.”

“I visit Pines & Needles every year in Victoria Park, to get the Christmas tree. This year was better than ever. Mainly thanks to Mohammad and Augustus on duty that night. They couldn’t have been more helpful and really went out their way to help us find the perfect tree and get it home. Even helped by the manager to lug the tree out to our car and load it on board. The perfect start to Christmas. Thank you Pines & Needles”
