“Been usoling pines and needles for 6+ years. Always been happy with our tree. This year however it is awful. Already dry (despite lots of watering) and dropping so many needs, no chance will last until Jan. Customer service non existent. Can't get through on phone or leave a message and no reply from email. Won't be using again.”

“Bit disappointed this year having used lines and needles regularly for years. Ordered a 6ft tree. I was given a time window of 9-5. It didn’t arrive till nearly 6 and I couldn’t see where on the map the driver was so I was stuck inside all day. Obviously trees will vary slightly in size but when it arrived it was enormous. Well over 7ft and too big to fit in the space. I had to exchange it. Be warned if this happens to you instead of exchanging it for free I was charged again for another delivery despite the fact that I hadn’t got what I ordered (a 6ft tree).”

“I ordered my tree to be delivered (1st time I’ve done this as we love choosing a tree). The team arrived with their Santa hats and set up the tree. I was worried I wouldn’t like it buts it’s probably the best tree we’ve ever had. I’m so happy, the tree and service all 5 star! Thank you!”
