“Ok , the tree arrived on the right day at the right time. \nit is a beautiful tree , tall, elegant and upright so from that point of view we were delighted . We ordered a 10' tree and the tree that was delivered was 11'6" tall which meant that we had to chop a good foot off to make it fit BUT let's not complain that we got more than we asked for . Better that than the other way round. \nWe were only disappointed in 2 things : firstly , a lack of kilts on the part of the two people who delivered our tree- what a shame , we thought this was part of your hallmark ! Secondly , the tree was delivered without netting which made it much harder to deal with in the initial set up stages. Otherwise no issues. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n”

“Delivered on time so good delivery. Tree is not a great Shape though, one side missing lower branches, the other with big gap in middle, it's ok though. I guess it's natural tree so will never be perfect...”

“The tree arrived on time which was great however the tree looked terrible this year (nearly dead) I will email you an attached photo, very disappointed this year, always send the tree as a gift to my mum back home, she was upset to make-do with what she had, don't think I will be ordering one next year”

“This is the third year we have ordered our Christmas tree from you and we are disappointed this year of the quality of the tree it was a poor shape and although we are watering the tree daily and it is in a cool room it is dropping and losing the needles quickly we do not think we will use you again.”

“Ish's delivery was excellent. He called in advance to inform me when he would arrive. He came with a magnificent tree, lopped off the top where it wouldn't fit and he and his partner installed it as well as removing the first (dead) tree. Really happy with the service. Please pass on my enormous thanks. It's made a big difference to the Christmas celebrations here.”

“Mike's delivery was good and on time but tree was poor: spindly at the top with dead branches at the bottom and in the centre. It was dropping a lot and seemed close to dying within the first 24 hours of having it. I contacted pines and needles and they agreed to replace the tree.”
